Aluminum Alloy Side Plate Vent Valve Featuring Pneumatic Opening Method

The side plate vent valve, also known as the oil and gas recovery pipeline control valve, is installed on the oil and gas recovery pipeline on the top of the tanker. The outlet faces downward at a 45° angle to the horizontal, which can effectively prevent dust and debris from accumulating or entering the valve. It is in a normally open state. When loading and unloading raw materials, if the tanker's oil and gas recovery system is not connected to the external oil and gas recovery, the side plate vent valve will input or output gas to keep the internal pressure in balance with the external pressure.

The main body is made of lightweight aluminum alloy material, which is integrally formed by low-pressure casting, which is light and strong, with surface oxidation treatment and strong corrosion resistance.

Usually need to interlock control with the vapor recovery connector, after the vapor recovery connector is opened, the side plate vent valve needs to be closed
