Product Introduction
The M series flowmeter features a simple yet effective metering design consisting of a frame and three rotors rotating within the meter. With no metal-to-metal contact in the flow tank, it eliminates accuracy degradation and ensures long service life. Rotors are supported by bearings inserted in two bearing discs, with timing gears at each rotor shaft end. This precise timing rotation is transferred from the scale adjuster to the register, delivering consistent and highly accurate measurements.

- Filter screen removal: When transporting viscous oils (e.g., crude oil), remove the valve filter screen to maintain optimal flow rate
- Cylinder maintenance: Replace piston cylinder seals if interface oil leakage occurs
- Preventive checks: Regularly inspect air inlet pipes for damage to ensure normal valve operation
- Emergency procedure: If valve fails to open via air intake, unscrew the emergency bolt on the bottom piston cylinder and insert a 10cm hexagonal bolt to manually open the valve
